In November 2003, Walcha had their first Relay for Life. They had 815 participants and 30 teams; 57 survivors and 66 carers walked the first lap. The Walcha Community raised $106,633.92 which shows dedication in assisting the Cancer Council in its mission to defeat cancer.
So come along, get a team together and join in for a weekend of fun and community spirit!!
