Walcha, a popular destination for many touring groups

Walcha is located  447 kilometers from Sydney via Gloucester and  the Thunderbolts Way. This picturesque sealed road saves an hours traveling time on the north/south journey.

The Oxley highway linking Walcha with the coast at Port Macquarie is known for the rainforests, vistas and waterfalls. Walcha is only 164 kilometers to Wauchope near the junction on the pacific highway. Alternately, heading east, turn off the New England Highway at Bendemeer.
