A large variety of locations are available to wine and dine in Walcha
Taste sensations are on offer at many of the restaurants and cafes within town. Find your delicacies to revive your body after the scenic drive to town, maybe a stroll around our sculptures or a strenuous bushwalk in the national parks. Choose from the famous
Café Graze or the
Walcha Royal Café. Both café’s offer home made sumptuous gourmet morsels.
There is a selection of fantastic pub menu’s available, offering our guests with food found more in areas like ‘The Rocks’ in Sydney.
Walcha Road Pub is a short drive to the west where you can wine and dine in an 1860’s historic building looking over rural vista’s.
Chinese food is available at the
New England Hotel Motel or you can visit the
Walcha Pubs site for more on the ‘hot rock’ platter or a fresh seafood dishes.
Local clubs such as the
Walcha Bowling club cater for families to larger groups or you can sit down to a lovely selection at the RSL club at
Ye Old Bells Restaurant. The
Walcha Motel also caters to rooms on request.
There are many take-away restaurants in town with west end store, the
Apsley Take Away café and the
Thunderbolts Café found on the east side of the river.
Most
B&B’s and farmstays cater beautiful food on request. Why not call into the
